yo! im not a great 3d artist, but uhmm.. i just wanna ask..is maya fit for doing moving bg's for animation.. cos i need a 3d background of a city that pans then i need to put another layer on in the back of it which is the sky.. they dont teach these things here..tsk.. that's why im asking..
